Wholesale Policies & FAQ


First time wholesale customers (and repeat customers who have not placed an order through Laterzees.com yet) will need to register for an account prior to ordering.  

Payment is required prior to shipment for first time customers, while returning customers can choose NET 30 terms if preferred.  (30 days starts when order is delivered.)

***Massachusetts re-sellers & non-profits 501(c)(3) must send a copy of forms ST-4 or ST-5 for tax exemption.  This will only need to be filled out once.***  


Orders will ship in 1-2 weeks via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, whichever is fastest and least expensive.   Wholesale shipping is $25/TBD.  If the cost ends up being less, I will refund any overages.  If you prefer a different carrier or an expedited rate, please reach out before placing your order. I am happy to accommodate.

** October – December: Please allow as much time as possible during the holiday season as I make every item to order.  ** 


Equal value exchanges of merchandise are accepted within 60 days of purchase.  Return shipping will be customer’s responsibility.  The cost will be deducted from the exchange amount unless otherwise discussed.  Returned goods must be in original condition with no signs of wear or alterations. 

If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 business days so we can discuss filing a claim with USPS.  If an item arrives damaged and it was NOT the fault of the shipping company, please let me know and I will send out a replacement ASAP.    


Because I make every item to order, there may be times when I run out of material.  If this happens, I will reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order and ask that you choose an alternate design/pattern/item.  If you do not want an alternate, a refund will be given (if paid by CC) or your invoice total will be adjusted (if mailing a check).
